DESCRIPTION:The Political Economy Reading Program is an extracurricular\, 
 non-credit reading program in which students participate in weekly discuss
 ions about topics in economics and political economy. Participants that su
 ccessfully complete the program receive a $1\,000 scholarship.   The Fr
 ee Market Institute (FMI) is currently accepting applications for an invit
 ation to participate in the Fall 2026 Political Economy Reading Program. A
 ll full-time undergraduate students from any field of study at Angelo Stat
 e University are eligible and encouraged to apply for an invitation to par
 ticipate.   The program will begin with an introductory meeting\, follo
 wed by ten (10) regular discussion meetings to be scheduled for Tuesdays f
 rom 5:00-6:15 PM between August 25\, 2026 and November 17\, 2026.   To 
 apply for an invitation to participate\, please complete this registration
  form. The application deadline is Tuesday\, June 30\, 2026. More details
