Testing Center Policies
Exam Times
Exam dates are released monthly and are available at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. Exams begin promptly at the scheduled times. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled exam time to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may not be permitted to test.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made online via this registration portal, in person via card or ACH upon check-in, or we can invoice your department.
Cancellations or Reschedules
Please provide 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled in this timeframe are eligible for a refund or can be credited to a rescheduled date. You may cancel or reschedule via email at dfw@ttu.edu or phone via 945-942-6225.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available to eligible cancellations. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Personal Belongings
You are not permitted to have any electronic devices or study materials on your person while testing. These items must be turned over to the testing site administrator before the exam begins and will be returned afterward.
Required Documentation
You are required to bring and present:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Non-expired Online Exam Eligibility Form
