Professional Learning Session
The TTU DFW iOS Design Lab is excited to offer a selection of targeted professional learning opportunities designed specifically for middle and high school educators. Sessions are 3 hours and can accommodate 25 staff members. See a list and description of options here.
Space Rental
Are you looking for a change of scenery for your teacher workday(s)? TTU DFW is a state-of-the-art education facility that can accommodate many educational needs and can host up to 350 individuals in various spaces. View more information on fees and options here.
How does this work?
Professional Learning Sessions and all Space Rentals are divided into two time blocks—morning and afternoon. You may book a half or full-day experience that includes a PL session with Space Rental, or choose either option individually.
Below are example scenarios of how we have worked with districts in the past:
Scenario 1
1/2 Day Experience with PL & Space Rental
- Staff are split into 4 groups
- 1 group attends PL session for entirety of assigned block
- 3 groups rotate on 1-Hour blocks in 3 spaces and attend internally organized sessions
Scenario 2
Full Day Experience, Space Rental Only
- Single large space is booked to accommodate full staff
- Leadership facilitates programming full day and provides catering
