The 9th International Veterinary Simulation in Teaching (InVeST) conference will be held in Amarillo, Texas at the Texas Tech University School of Veterinary Medicine October 17-19, 2025. The theme for this year’s conference is “Innovation”!
Come share your latest innovations in simulation training, communications, and research. Snacks, lunch, and dinners are provided during the conference with events held at the Big Texan Restaurant and the Panhandle Plains Museum. Learn about the Comanche Indians, the weapons of the Old West, the iconic windmills, and visit a pioneer town. Visit Palo Duro Canyon, the 2nd largest canyon in the United States, located just 30 minutes south of Amarillo.
We are seeking RACE approval for continuing education credit. A shuttle to and from the conference hotels to the School of Veterinary Medicine will be provided. Casual attire recommended for all events.

Open Registration – July 2, 2025 to September 30, 2025 $350 USD
No onsite registration
Abstract Submission opens March 1, 2025 and closes May 16, 2025 at 5 pm.
