ICCVM’S RESEARCH & EDUCATION MEETING
The ICCVM Research & Education Meeting will be held in Amarillo Texas at the Texas Tech University School of Veterinary Medicine March 11-13th, 2026. The theme for this year’s conference is “Innovation in Veterinary Communication”!
The event includes two days in-person interactive workshops on communication curricula, advanced facilitation and improvisation, with a one-day hybrid research program.
We look forward to bringing together educators and researchers who are passionate about advancing evidence-based communication curricula and strengthening communication education across veterinary medicine.
For in-person attendees, breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided, with an evening event hosted at the Big Texan Restaurant. While in Amarillo, take the opportunity to experience the history and culture of the Texas Panhandle, learn about the Comanche people, explore the heritage of the Old West, discover iconic windmills, and historic Route 66. We also encourage you to make time to explore Palo Duro Canyon, the second-largest canyon system in the United States, located just 30 minutes south of Amarillo.
Casual attire is recommended for all events. We look forward to welcoming you to Amarillo for an engaging program with a taste of Texas along the way!
